Essential Services
Our complex is proud to include a dedicated space for SCAN (Stop Child Abuse and Neglect) services. This full-time presence will provide vital resources aimed at preventing child abuse within our community, ensuring every child is safe, loved, and nurtured.
High-quality Healthcare
Bridge of Grace has partnered with Alliance Health Centers to provide high-quality healthcare to residents in Mount Vernon Park and southeast Fort Wayne. Located in the Bridge of Grace complex, the clinic’s mission is to improve the health of communities regardless of financial, language, and transportation barriers. It is important to Bridge of Grace and Alliance health to meet the community we serve where they are by bringing care closer to the patients.

Bridge of Grace offers a variety of classes designed to enrich the lives of our neighbors. From health and wellness to financial literacy, our life skills sessions empower and develop the residents of Mount Vernon Park.
