MVP Kids
CHAMPIONING OUR YOUTH
Bridge of Grace supports and champions the youth of Mount Vernon Park through our Afterschool program, summer camps, mentorship, and MVP Junior Leadership Academy.

Afterschool
Inspiration After the Bell Rings
Bridge of Grace strives to build relationships in order to nurture and inspire students to fulfill their potential. We aim to develop spiritual growth, positive character values, and reading skills through spiritual lessons, creative activities, and access to various creative and career professionals.
We serve an urban and culturally diverse community including the students of Levan Scott Academy (Fort Wayne Community Schools), grades 1-5. Our Afterschool programming offers tutoring and mentoring during the school year.
Closing Gaps of Opportunity for Our Youth
Summer Clubhouse aims to provide positive, directed, faith-filled, personally enriching activities for neighborhood students. Students who have completed kindergarten through grade 4 build skills academically, personally, and socially while discovering more about the God who loves them. The structured summer program includes: reading, STEAM, music, PE, character development, field trips.
Developing Young Talent
The goal of our MVP Junior Leadership Academy is to develop the young leadership talent in our neighborhood. Our young leaders concentrate on character building activities with Bridge of Grace staff and community leaders.
Our junior leaders serve as mentors for our Afterschool program and participate in volunteer opportunities.
